As summer approaches, Cullybackey College pupils spent the week on their various Reward Trips. Year 8 pupils cooled down at the Dundonald International Ice Bowl on Wednesday the 27th June, with some bowling and some ice skating, while the annual Alton Towers trip took place on the same day. On Friday 22nd June 2018 Cullybackey College welcomed 700 pupils from 25 local primary schools for a programme of interactive workshops and shows relating to PE, Maths, Geography, ICT, History and English. Pupils engaged in a range of learning experiences which encouraged them to think in different ways.
Cullybackey College footballers were out in force again as they tackled a 200 minute football match in a bid to gather money for Tearfund. They managed to raise over £600 for the charity and a big thank you goes to them as well as the friends and family who supported them.
The Art Department opened its doors last Thursday, 21st June, to showcase the talented work and creativity of our A-Level pupils. Members of the Art department would like to send a special word of thanks to all parents, family, staff and pupils who attended and supported the work of our students.
Cullybackey College would like to extend a massive thank you to all members of the PTA for their hard work and dedication to raising funds for the school. They reached a staggering target of nearly £3000 this year and will generously contribute to the purchase of a new school sound system, help provide pupil support
