On Friday 22nd June 2018 Cullybackey College welcomed 700 pupils from 25 local primary schools for a programme of interactive workshops and shows relating to PE, Maths, Geography, ICT, History and English. Pupils engaged in a range of learning experiences which encouraged them to think in different ways.

The PTA, represented by their Chairperson Mrs Hanna, made a generous donation to the charity, Angel Wishes, this week which pupil Molly Taylor accepted on behalf of the charity. Molly’s involvement and dedication to this important organisation has already been highlighted this year when she sold badges to raise much needed funds to support people who suffer from severe conditions. Football Tournament

The IFA 7 a-side Football festival was held recently at Mallusk playing fields with Cullybackey College’s girls coming out in force. This event was sponsored by Electric Ireland to promote Girls Football, with over 1400 Girls attending the event from all over Northern Ireland. PTA Pizza Prize

10A1 were the proud winners of the Coin Jar Challenge which the PTA ran this year.  A grand total of £380.35 was raised by collecting coppers and small change, with 10A1 raising a massive £111.67.  They were rewarded for their effort with a delicious Domino’s pizza lunch, which was happily enjoyed by all.  The PTA would
