Our first ever College Colour Run was an amazing experience for our pupils. We had over 100 pupils take part, dressed in white, being dosed in coloured powder whilst running and dancing the afternoon away. Some of our staff also got involved and it rounded off a terrific day of fun for our school.
Two of our budding footballers were rewarded recently at the Ballymena United Youth Academy Awards night at Tullyglass House. The RE department were delighted to take year 8 pupils to visit a Bible exhibition in the Dr. McKelvey Community Centre. The exhibition was displayed on panels which attractively illustrated how we got the Bible, what the Bible has to say about creation, about future events and what relevance the Bible has in today’s world.
Our wonderful canteen lady Colette Jamieson being congratulated by Mr. Donaldson on her nomination as a finalist for the Community Worker of the Year Award 2024 as part of Stranocum & District Development Group to be held in the Europa Hotel Belfast on 23 June.
