Well done to Year 9 pupil Zara Conley who won the Cianne Naji Memorial Trophy & €500 for best up and coming Irish Women’s Wakeboarder. Zara was presented her trophy on behalf of the Irish Waterski & Wakeboard Federation by Andrew McQuiggan.

Cullybackey College GCSE Agriculture classes attended talks based around dairy, beef, sheep, pigs and poultry farming. Alongside this they were provided with knowledge on various types of grass seed and the importance of measuring grass. Plenty of knowledge was gained and the students thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Yesterday the Student Council attended a workshop delivered by Jess from Coaching for Christ. The workshop focused on how to communicate with students and help them with any struggles they may face. Junior SU met today at lunchtime. Eve spoke to us about the importance of taking time to talk to God, to give Him thanks and to ask for His wisdom and guidance in our lives.
