Our Year 12 football team reached the semi-finals of the Mid-Antrim Cup on Wednesday, losing out on penalties to eventual winners Parkhall Integrated in the semi-final. Livestock and Meat Commission visit Year 11 Hospitality Students

Last week Year 11 Hospitality classes had a visit from the Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC). Mrs Patricia Mitchell gave a very informative presentation about the value of red meat and lamb in the diet. She demonstrated how to make honey chilli beef and rice. Pupils sampled the dish and all thoroughly enjoyed.
