Our Year 12 football team reached the semi-finals of the Mid-Antrim Cup on Wednesday, losing out on penalties to eventual winners Parkhall Integrated in the semi-final. After drawing with Ballymena Academy, defeating Dunclug and losing narrowly to Sperrin in their group games, they performed heroics in the semi-final. Only the width of a post denied

Last week Year 11 Hospitality classes had a visit from the Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC). Mrs Patricia Mitchell gave a very informative presentation about the value of red meat and lamb in the diet. She demonstrated how to make honey chilli beef and rice. Pupils sampled the dish and all thoroughly enjoyed.

Congratulations to our neighbours, Dunclug College on their win in today’s U16 Rugby Match in the Pollock Cup. The match was filled with intensity and passion from both sides with Dunclug’s experience ultimately proving the difference between the teams.
