Year 11 Cookery Demonstration
Year 11 Hospitality pupils enjoyed a cookery demonstration provided by Mrs Arlene Thompson from the Livestock and Meat Commission. Pupils learnt about cooking meat and lamb and the nutritional benefits of both. Mrs Thompson demonstrated how to prepare Turkish Flatbread with beef, red onion, feta and pomegranate.
