As the term draws to a close, staff at Cullybackey College enjoyed the newly redesigned courtyard within the school premises. The Technology department, as well as some pupils from years 10 and 11, worked tirelessly in recent weeks to remove shrubbery, smooth out paving stones and install a new seating area. This week pupils presented a cheque to Margaret from Tear Fund for the grand total of £2370. This worthy cause was our term charity and we’d like to say thank you to everyone who participated and donated, and for all of the generosity shown throughout our fundraising year.
CITB NI has developed a textbook to support the GCSE in Construction and the Built Environment subject and is providing 25 complimentary copies to each of the 45 schools that teaches the subject.
