As part of the induction programme for Year 13, pupils engaged in a ‘You’re Hired’ workshop delivered by Eleanor from Young Enterprise. Pupils developed their employability skills through learning how to find and apply for a future job by creating a CV, completing a job application form, getting advice on how to prepare for an interview and delivering a professional presentation. This was a worthwhile and valuable morning for the pupils.
