In light of the fact that this week is National Apprenticeship Week, John McLeister Wrightbus Director of Sales and Business Development and William Nelson Performance Development Manager, visited students at Cullybackey College.
John shared his inspirational progression story from Apprentice to Company Director, saying:
“We will give you more opportunities than you can imagine, whether it be in manufacturing, engineering… the options are there but you have to take those opportunities and give them your all. Come and see us, talk to us, ask us the hard questions and then make a decision. It was the best decision I ever made and it made me the man I am today. Enjoy the journey – enjoy the adventure.”
