Pupils swim to success at Ulster School Championships

Our three swimming superstars continued to excel at Schools’ level at the weekend, check out their Personal Best times below.

Aimee Dean’s times were

– 100m back stroke – 1:30.54. She dropped -7.46 off her entry time
– 100m breast stroke – 1:38.96. She dropped -4.04 off her entry time.

Mason Lau’s times were
– 100m breast stroke – 2:17:70. He dropped -20.30 off his entry time
– 100m freestyle – 1:36.89z he dropped -3.11 off his entry time.

Cody Lau’s times were
– 100m back stroke – 1:09.50. He dropped -2.59 off his entry time. He made the finals and came 3rd.
– 100m breast stroke – 1:16.67. He dropped -1.90 off his entry time. He made the finals and came 2nd.

In even better news, congratulations to Cody Lau who has been selected to represent Ulster at the Irish Schools Interprovincial Championships 2023 in Dublin on 26th March, based on his performance at the recent Swim Ulster Schools Cup & Championships.

This is an amazing feat for Cody who takes his Inter Pro place amongst some of the top swimmers in Ulster.
