Cullybackey College has recently created a new sensory room offering a therapeutic space that provides pupils with personalised sensory input using a variety of equipment. Our sensory room also provides pupils the opportunity to self-focus enabling them to prepare for learning and interacting with others. This is open at lunchtime and available throughout the school day.
Cullybackey College was delighted to welcome Andy Hazley from Learning Space NI to provide training for our Pastoral Staff and Learning Support Assistants on how to maximise the potential of this room.
