Year 12 girls had a great time working on their breathing techniques in yoga yesterday morning.  

Our Year 9 footballers recently made the semi finals of the Mid Antrim Schools Cup in a  hotly contested competition. The boys started out with a  1-1 draw with Dunclug (Rory Wylie with an absolute screamer of a goal!) followed by a 3-0 defeat against a strong St Killians outfit. We progressed to semi-finals on

Cullybackey College played in the Under 14 Cup Blitz, performing exceptionally throughout. The boys really stepped up in effort and focus after a tough league campaign ended in disappointment earlier in the season. The squad finished their cup journey victorious, and full of high spirits, winning a hard-fought contest in the 3rd placed play off

Congratulations to year 8 pupil Mason Lau who represented Cullybackey College in the Ulster Schools Gala at Bangor Aurora on Saturday.

As part of the PE departments’ varied range of sports, the year 12 girls have options of participating in spin classes, lifestyle fitness suite and mixed games! The spin group was off to a great start and the girls definitely worked up a sweat!

Sports Day returned to the Cullybackey College calendar this year after a three year gap and it was a rip roaring success. Cody Lau (Year 10) recently competed in the Bangor Summer Sizzler Swim event and came home with some superb results. He set four new Personal Bests and was 3rd in the 50m freestyle event and 2nd in the 200m breaststroke event. He has now 4 qualifying times for the Irish Division 1 Championships in Dublin
