Well done to our Year 12 GCSE Geography class creating Demographic Transition Models yesterday.

Year 12 had a brilliant day out at the Curly Burn river on Friday. Pupils gathered data on how the river changed as they moved from the upper course to the lower course. Pupils will use this data to complete their Unit 3 exam.

Year 8 are studying the topic of earthquakes and volcanoes, they had the task of creating or bringing in something which represents the layers of the earth. Well done year 8, there were some amazing creations!

Year 12 GCSE Geography classes were at Magilligan Field Centre on Friday carrying out data collection for their Unit 3 exam. They were investigating the Curly Burn River outside Limavady.

Well done to our fabulous Year 8s on producing some amazing volcanoes as part of their Geography work on this topic.  

Year 9 pupils had a brilliant afternoon with Jurassic Ark Encounters. Jurassic Ark Encounters brought a wild slice of prehistoric nature to life at Cullybackey College. Pupils got the opportunity to learn how different animals interact in their ecosystems and were able to touch and hold animals including the Gecko, monitor lizard and a python.
