Year 9 Netball
Cullybackey’s Year 9 Netball team played Slemish College last Friday at home, winning 7-3. The team have won three games in a row now and are looking forward to their next fixture.
Futsal
The Year 8/9 team, who qualified from the regional futsal tournament, travelled to the Shankhill Leisure Centre to compete in the NI Finals. The young team competed well, beating St Mary’s Lisburn 4-2, although lost narrowly to Ashfield Boys’ and Kilkeel to miss out on the final. Goals from Robbie Speirs, Dylan Duff and Luke

Cullybackey’s Year 8 Netball team fought hard against rivals Dunclug recently, to draw 4-4. However, their form improved with today’s game against St Patrick’s College, where they won 5-3. Well done to all the girls involved.

Big Sleep Out!
On Thursday 1st November the One Big Sleep Out took place at Stormont Estate for The Simon Community NI, supported by Q Radio. The Simon Community is Northern Ireland’s leading homeless charity and helped 3,000 people last year alone.
