Pupils in the French department celebrated ‘La Chandeleur’ or Pancake Tuesday at home last week. They learned about the traditions behind the festival and enjoyed cooking (and eating) delicious crepes as part of their online learning. Well done to everyone!

2020 has been a very challenging year for our local community and particularly our elderly residents. Cullybackey College Students’ Council in conjunction with local businesses decided to add a bit of festive cheer by delivering Christmas food hampers to each of the elderly residents of the Tobar Fold. The Year 8 girls have started orienteering during PE lessons. They are learning vital skills such as map reading skills, compass bearing, pacing and other life skills. The girls were excellent and found all contact points on the map! Very well done!
