Year 13 Business Students Visit the Rosspark Hotel

Yesterday our Year 13 Business Studies students traded the classroom for the beautiful surroundings of the Rosspark Hotel.

As part of their current unit of work on Customers and Communications, the group went behind the scenes to see how a premier local hospitality business manages customer service and its 3-star rating.

A massive thank you to business owner, Mr Keith Carmichael, and to the team at the Rosspark Hotel for hosting us. From analysing front-of-house interactions to understanding the logistics of large-scale events, our visit to the Rosspark showed us that true customer focus isn’t about solving problems – it’s about anticipating them before the guest even knows they exist!
