Our Year 8 team played the second round tie of their NI Cup campaign against a strong Lagan College side. Despite losing the game they demonstrated a great commitment to the cause, which will stand them in good stead moving forward. Best for the Year 8’s on the day were Izak Richmond, James Napier and Alfie Dripps. The boys now turn their attention to their Mid Antrim quarter-final against Parkhall Integrated College, where they will be hoping to match the Year 9’s in reaching the semi-final. After Christmas, the boys will also take part in the NI Plate.
