As I entered the dark paranormal forest, my feet suddenly started to sink into the muddy wet leaves. It was like the forest was sucking me up. The wind blew the branches of the trees making it look like they were laughing at my suffering. Suddenly, the wind stopped and the whole forest stood still. Still and calm. I looked around at the dry leaves lying like bodies all around me. Little did I know at the time the horror had only started.
