Year 13 Art students enjoyed a workshop delivered by teacher and friend to the school Mary O’Dornan. Mary has extensive experience in ceramics and led the students through a series of techniques with a focus on embellishment and pattern based on natural forms. The students produced a range of vessels and tiles throughout the session and will be able to apply their newfound skills to their final design in their ‘Exploring Ceramics’ unit.
