Senior SU met again today and we continued with our theme for this year of “Shine Your Light”. Eve McMullan from Scripture Union NI spoke to us about the idea of ‘Identity’ and how Jesus gives us the hope in our lives that we crave; he is the missing puzzle piece that fills the hole in our lives. We examined a passage from Ephesians 2 which says, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith; it is the gift of God. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
Our next meeting of Senior SU will be on Wednesday 19th November – everyone in Years 11-14 would be most welcome.
