Senior SU had their first meeting today at lunchtime and we were so pleased to have over 20 Seniors attending. Our theme for this year is “SHINE”.
Today, Eve McMullan from Scripture Union NI spoke to us about the importance of shining the light of our faith for others to see. We studied John 8 v 12 in which Jesus declares “I am the light of the world”, and explored the ways in which the light of Jesus helps and encourages us today.
Our next meeting of Senior SU is on Tuesday 7th October in Room 51 at lunchtime – everyone welcome.
