Cullybackey College offers the Reading Partners programme with the aim of improving confidence, literacy skills and enjoyment of reading. As part of this programme, Year 8 students are paired with a Sixth Form reading partner, who will meet with them three mornings a week to read.
In addition to this the College also offers students a Numeracy Mentoring Programme. KS3 pupils work with a Sixth Form mentor to gain confidence in everyday numeracy skills. This also runs three mornings each week.
