Our school Cross Country team participated in the NEBSSA Cross Country Championships this week, competing amongst 850 pupils from a range of schools.
The pick of our places were Hayden Gordon and Mark Cameron in the Senior Boys race, finishing 37th and 38th respectively, whilst Alfie Dripps finished 44th in a massive year 9 event.
Maddex Thompson did superbly well to finish 38th in the Year 9 girls event, whilst Daisy Hoffin finished a creditable 44th in the Year 10 category.
All in all a great display of running and determination in wet conditions. Well done to all our pupils who took part.
