As our Schools break off for Summer, after an extensive period of time spent at Home, we prioritise our focus on protecting the next Generation’s Physical and Mental Well Being.
With Social Media & Digital Technology both an ever growing threat to our Youth & Teen’s Activity Levels & Interactive Skills, we look to how we can improve the Health & Fitness of our Young people.
Starting on July 5th, we have a Summer of Fitness prepared for all 10-16 year olds. All youngsters will take part in regular Physical Activity in a safe & regulated environment, similar to the format of our current Youth Training Sessions.
(New) P7’s – 2nd Years (Juniors) will be introduced to Fun, Fitness related activities where they’ll learn new Skills, meet new friends and of course improve their fitness.
3rd – 5th Years (Teens) will be involved in our Introduction to Strength & Conditioning – the perfect foundation for that step into Adult sports & the Main Gym Floor.
