On Wednesday afternoon Gemma from Exodus NI came into school to begin the SOAR programme with a selection of senior pupils. This is a six week programme, accredited by Stranmillis University College in Belfast, which focuses on developing self-leadership skills among young people, helping them to become more resilient. This week’s session focused on examining our ‘core values’.
