Pupils from Years, 8, 9, 10 and 12 had a fantastic afternoon on Friday participating in drumming and piping workshops facilitated by Robert, Rian and Aimee from Cullybackey Pipe Band in conjunction with the college Music Department.
Our students got to learn about the band and all the performing opportunities they have, and got to learn new skills on drum pads and chanters.
Pupils now have the opportunity to sign up for free tuition with Robert and Rian, thanks to funding from the Ulster Scots Agency – exciting times ahead.
