On Thursday the 24th March, eight year 10 students participated in the Rotary Technology Challenge at Ballymena’s NRC, bringing home the 1st prize!
They competed against a number of schools within the area that involved them having to design and manufacture a flashing light beacon that could flash up to 20 times.
The team surpassed this challenge with an end result of over 40 flashes, impressing all judges, schools and visitors in attendance of the event.
