Cullybackey College Art Department and The Mac!

The Art Department are looking forward to an exciting 3 year collaboration with The Mac gallery in Belfast.  Together with 5 other schools across Northern Ireland, teachers and gallery education staff worked together this year to successfully secure funding from the Freeland’s Foundation for the upcoming project. The project, which centers teachers within creative approaches to art education, will provide free access to studio space in the gallery for teachers and students, together with access to facilitating artists, resources and equipment. The Mac was one of only 4 venues across the UK to receive this prestigious award.
