Scripture Union

Craig from High Kirk spoke at Junior SU today. We discussed how we can all have struggles in our lives, but God can use these to shape and mould us, to strengthen our faith and to look forward to Heaven.

Junior SU met today at lunchtime. Miss Crabbe and Miss Houston spoke about how Jesus can use ordinary people to do extraordinary things. Junior SU is on Tuesday week 1 lunchtime in room 30. Everyone is welcome!  

Junior Scripture Union met today for our Christmas party. We also thought about how the baby Jesus became the Saviour of the world. We wish everyone a happy and peaceful Christmas.

Junior Scripture Union enjoyed their Christmas trip to Dundonald Icebowl. We are delighted to have so many great young people attending SU. Our next meeting is on Tuesday 13th, junior lunchtime in Mrs McDonald’s room. Christmas party time!

Rodney and Kyle from Coaching for Christ spoke at Junior SU yesterday. We were reminded that our testimony is very important. That the story of how Jesus can change our lives can have such a positive influence on others. Junior SU meets every Tuesday Week 1 lunchtime in Room 30.

Junior Scripture Union met for the first time today at lunchtime. We enjoyed some treats, getting to know each other better and thought about what Jesus means to us. Junior SU is on every Tuesday week 1 lunchtime in Mrs McDonald’s room.

Last week we had senior SU pupils helping lead Junior SU and the focus was on the meaning of Salvation. Thanks to all the 6th formers who took part and to Miss Peacock who comes in to help with SU on her day off.  

Junior Scripture Union met yesterday at lunchtime. Ivan McClean was our guest speaker. We discussed how our words can be either helpful or hurtful, and we must follow the example of Jesus when we speak to others.
