Livestock and Meat Commission visit Year 11 Hospitality Students

Last week Year 11 Hospitality classes had a visit from the Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC). Mrs Patricia Mitchell gave a very informative presentation about the value of red meat and lamb in the diet. She demonstrated how to make honey chilli beef and rice. Pupils sampled the dish and all thoroughly enjoyed.

Congratulations to Jodie-Leigh Greer

Congratulations to recent prize-winner, Year 11 pupil Jodie-Leigh Greer. Jodie-Leigh won a voucher for her suggestion of a new ice cream flavour for the Milk Parlour in Glenarm Castle Grounds.
